We currently serve 12 counties from our three locations in Hillsborough County, Hardee County, and Polk County, Florida. We have been helping clients find high quality and affordable manufactured homes since 2012, when we began as a mobile home park owner / operator. We know what it is like to buy manufactured homes, have them installed, and then own them for many years. Our unique background (on the owner’s side of the purchase) allows us to better understand your needs and concerns when buying your new home. We will help you by finding out exactly what you are looking for and then provide you with the best manufactured home options available. All of our pricing is upfront and straight forward. We will give you one total price for your home including delivery, complete installation, and sales tax. Never any games or gimmicks!

We are the installer:

As a manufactured home installer we pull the permits and we organize the installation of your home. By doing this in-house we bundle the costs and save you time and money. Most of the homes that we sell are installed within 60-90 days from the signed contract. Our construction process is well coordinated, safe, and efficient. All work will be performed in the correct order, inspected, and completed in a timely manner.

Home warranty (100% satisfaction guarantee):

All of the new homes that we sell come with a one year (100%) warranty on the home and the installation. If you have any issue with your home simply call or email our warranty department and we will quickly schedule a repair. Most warranty calls are handled by the next business day. If parts must be ordered from the manufacturer we will organize and schedule the work quickly. With multiple crews working daily in our service area we are never too far from where you are.
